Radisson SAS Hotel Kiev
2005 saw welcome arrival of the city’s first international hotel. Built at a cost of almost $60 million the Radisson SAS has, if nothing else, driven up standards in the rest of Kiev’s hotel sector.
Situated in Kiev’s diplomatic district, around ½ mile from Khreschatyk, the Radisson offers just over 250 rooms and suites. All offer air conditioning, tea/coffee making facilities, a flat-screen LCD television, free broadband internet, hairdryer, mini-bar and safe. Business Class rooms offer a few extras such as a buffet breakfast, newspaper and in-house movies.
Bistro Côté Est restaurant serves modern international cuisine, while Mille Miglia offers Italian dishes in a stylish setting. The K-Largo Cigar Bar is located in the lobby and is a good place to enjoy a cocktail or snack.
Leisure facilities at the hotel include a gym, Finnish sauna, steam bath and solarium.
The Kiev Radisson also boasts a business centre offering translation services, photocopying and fax facilities, typing and printing services, and computer rentals.
