I was delighted with the service I received from this hotel. They arranged an airport pick up and just couldn't have been more helpful and friendly for the duration of my stay. The room was spotless, and the location is superb being only a couple of minutes from the Metro.
If you want a reliable alternative to the Hyatt at a substantially lower cost this place is worth bearing in mind.
I was impressed by the impressa. I found the staff to be exceptional for the Ukraine, they really tried to do their best for you. The room was spacious and immaculately clean and you even got free internet access. The location was also ideal being near both the Metro and the Funicular. Definitely worth a look.
